Our cottage is located in Oak Hill, Florida.  It is in the southern end of Volusia County just north of the Merritt Island National Refuge and just off of the Intracoastal waterway and Mosquito Lagoon.  The images below from Google Earth show our location.

You can drive to the theme parks in Orlando in 65 minutes.  The drive time from the Orlando International Airport is only 50 minutes.
