The rental rates vary by the season and if there are any special events occurring such as the Daytona 500 or Bike Week.

The rates are:

November through April:

• $140 per night with a two night minimum stay

• $700 per week ($1,200 per week for race week and bike week)

• $1,750 per month for January and April and $1,950 per month for February and March

May through October:

Summer Special!

• $120 per night with a two night minimum stay

• $600 per week

• $1,500 per month

Taxes and Cleaning:

• There is a $60 cleaning fee.

• We do have to collect a 12.5% sales and resort tax on stays less than 6 months.

Internet:

• Wireless internet is available for an additional $10 per week.
